Guest danzer Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 Hey guys, This has been a problem for me for quite some time now. I can't really figure it out, but when I try to send an e-mail my phone says: "The following errors occurred while sending and receiving messages: The message(s) cannot be sent. Be certain that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct and then try again." If I can receive an e-mail, wouldn't that make my phone capable of sending as well? Please help. Thank you, Danzer
Guest Nottach Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 ive had this problem before, not sure why it happens. only way i found to fix it was delete the account and make it over again.

Please help. Thank you, Danzer I had this problem consistently when I was using the Windows Live Mobile client. Once Hotmail became POP3-ready I use the email client on the phone. Just create a new e-mail account with the phone email client using the following options from this link: Hotmail POP3 Setup I have not had a problem since. And this is true "push" email not "pull''.

Guest jyalexop2003 Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 I believe this would have fixed the issue: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...ylang=en&tm Why not just use the BJ II's email client to setup pop3 rather than Windows LIve Mobile.
