OTA Calendar Sync Programs

I'm looking to sync my google calendar to winMo calendar over the air. Whats a good program to use?

Have you tried any of these programs? Am I missing any other options? What do you guys use?

Other questions:

How much system resources? Memory hog?

Is it fast?

Does it play well with other programs?

Is it customizable? Can you change the sync schedule?

Does it sync your contacts? If so does is back-up all the contact info including the face pic?

Is it compatible with ThumbCal and Calendar Touch?
