Issues with my Omniai910

First off Im a newbie to the Omnia World. Played with it for over a month added stuff here and there, loved it till a few days ago.

Phone was in my pocket and was not locked and I messed up some settings, and Now I cant send or receive picture messages on my Omnia.

Like I said I am a newbie and have tried a few things but I cant get it to work.

Was wondering if someone could post the settings for the MMS page. Menu > MMS> Options > so on.

Also if any Moderator wishes to move my post since it took me a while to figure out how to post and possibly will be posting in the worng section. Feel free to move.

I think I should mention that regular text messages work and also the internet works.
