Writing a 'new ' message.

Sorry if this has been covered before. I could not find anything relevant in the search box.

There are two minor points which annoy me;

1. When I select to write a 'New' message, there is no auto capitalisation at the start of the message or after a full stop which you do get when responding to an message received.

2. When using predictive text. Is there a way to stop the space that is automatically put in after you select the word you require?

its quite simple to fix mate,

first u should explore the settings section of ur phone to see whats there!

Go to:

settings ----> input -> "word completion" tab / "options" tab have the settings u need. tick or untick.

I have the same issue. I think it's a bug with the threaded messaging application versus the normal one. Replying to a threaded sms utilises the auto capitlisation, but just the basic new message dialog doesnt.

There is an auto capitlisation setting, but that only affects replying to a threaded sms. (That's what barbs666 is refering to)
