Thanks a lot, but where could I find a version of HTC Album which is fully functionnal with Omnia ?

I've tested some versions which works all very well to watch photos directly (via any file explorer), but they all show nothing wh'en I launch it via the shortcut, so I can't use the album view, even with the patch you have provided.

U have total commander installed?

TO USE HTCALBUM AS DEFAULT PICTURE VIEWER

choose a jpg file. Long click on it till the menu pops up and choose properties

then under the associate tab, click associate

then u see something like HTCalbum.exe. click on the >> sign

then choose the folder windows.

then choose HTCALBUM.EXE

Do the same for bmp, gif, tiff, png files.

How To HTC Audio Manager for Omnia

1) Go here and download audio manager!

2) Go here and download theme for omnia (it's in a zip file).

3) In the zip file is a folder called theme, take all the contents of that theme folder and put it in the windows directory on your omnia. Then you will be good to go. You may need a 3rd party file explorer to copy all the files to the windows directory. I use Total Commander. It is free, at least Pocket version is.

4) Start Audio Manager and you should be all set.

Yes, and if you (like me) don`t like the lines that the album makes after you`ve swiped your finger - here`s the solution:

With a registry editor go to: HKLM > Software > HTC > HTCGesture > TraceLine and set it to 0 <_< I don`t remember if it was in the .zip I attached but anyway :) B)

when I launch the app. I only can view de fotos from folder My Documents\My pictures.

I had that problem also...at first. I had done a fresh install so I didn't think I needed to delete "ha_skin_cache_l.dat" and "ha_skin_cache_p.dat" in \Windows. So I had skipped it. Anyways, I went back and deleted them and voila it was beautiful.

I use Total Commander for file/folder operations, and PHM Registry Editor for registry editing.

Try with Resco... <_< They can`t be deleted with the deffault explorer because they are in the /Windows folder :)

Yes i have with Resco but it says that this is file from rom and couldnt be deleted. I use Sectors 6.5 rom 01 lite version.

Well, go into Menu - Options - General - Browser and uncheck all, then go to Files and check all. If this doesn`t work just RENAME them <_<

Here is a cab file with all of the fixes in it. You should just need to install it to "Device" and it should work. Traceline has been set to 0 so you won't see the line when you scroll.

i was having the same problem as cobrica it seems the 6.5 roms have the htc............dat files in the rom and thisi s after a fresh flash well i geuss its not that big of a deal id like it to work in landscape full screen but what ya gonna do
