Guest POMF Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 I am currently using TF2D on my i910 and am wondering if there's a way to link the clock display to the much more useful samsung tclock rather than windows clock? It bothers me that when I click on the time it goes to the default windows mobile clock, which I don't use at all.
Guest kdavidyates Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 It can be done using SSMaPa. Bit fiddly, but ok once you get used to it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=407777 The only problem with using tclock, if I recall, is that M2D won't display the alarms you set on the Today screen even when you remap the link. G-Alarm is a lot better, as you can remap M2D Today to that as well, and it also integrates with Today.

Are you referring to the "snooze" and "dismiss" softkeys (this should be no problem as I use tclock with TF2D now and it works), or the "alarm on" display? If you are referring to the latter then it is not such a big deal as I can deactivate the display with M2DC (as I presently do because I don't use the windows clock). Regardless thank you for your help. I'll have to check out G-Alarm.
Guest kdavidyates Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 I was referring to having the time of your next alarm displayed on the Today screen, and whether any alarm is set. As I recall, even after you set the alarm in tclock, M2D Today screen won't register the fact, and so you'll have to go into tclock to check whether, and what time, your alarms are set. But with G-alarm the alarms you set will display next to the clock on Today. Hope you get it sorted.
