windows mobile centre problem

can any 1 solve this problem for me cos its doin my head in when i connect my omnia to windows mbile centre a pop up comes up saying there is no email program associated to perform the request action please install an email program or if one is already installed create an association in the default programs control panel if some1 could shed some light on this for me plz many thanx in advance
