igo8 3d roads not working :(

I'm using Igo8 8.3.2.83157. I have elevated roads and elevation on 3d map enabled in the settings. But I don't see them on the map screen. Everything is flat. Is there something I need to do on the Omnia to get it to work? Here's my sys.txt:

Worked fine on mine, running iGO Amigo w/ 2008.10 maps.

I think I figured out what the problem is. Is it true that only TeleAtlas maps have elevated roads? Because I have Navteq ones.
