Hi. I was hoping that someone could answer my query with regards to the camera quality of my Samsung Omnia i900? When I capture a picture it differs from what I was viewing on my screen before I zapped it, e.g. the picture ends up being further away onthe screen, is not very crisp and appears somewhat distorted, colours do not appear to be proportionate and the picture appears much more lighter than it should be (even when flash is not used).

I am unsure whether it's my camera settings that are incorrect (but I don't think so) or some other issue.

Help please.

Regards

Scott

Ok, first in settings disable Extend View so the picture will be exactly what you see, but there will be black lines on both sides, Set Quality to High :) Disable effects, Enable Focus and disable both WDR and ANTI-SHAKE (the picture won`t be that bright)... That is how I can help <_< I`m not very pleased with the camera also, but it`s just crappy B)

Thank you very much for this useful information...I will give it a go. I agree, I was expecting a lot more from the camera but so far disappointed <_<

Is the camera on the i900 the same as i910? Cuz I love the camera on the i910. I mean for a cell phone camera is it one of the best IMO.

I am unsure whether the camera is the same as the i910 but since I adjusted the settings there appears to be some improvement.
