Guest dbu Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 I was going to do some more work on my Omnia and all of a sudden active sync disconnected and my computer is saying it does not recognize the device. I tried re-starting my computer to no avail. What gives?
Guest necosino Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 Restart computer, restart phone. Make sure that phone's USB connection is set to Activesync and not Mass Storage. If the problem persists, open Device Manager and find the phone as a device. Right click on it and uninstall the driver. Disconnect your phone, restart the computer, and then reconnect and reinstall the driver, and see if that doesn't take care of the problem. <_<
