phonealarm not working at all on omnia

Ok,i don't think im a total moron,(i could be wrong) but i've tried everything i can think of to get this to work and nothing.Actually now i don't get any notice at all that i have voicemail!im running Wisbar advanced 3, Wisbar desktop,and S2U2.Any help would appreciated as,alas,i actually paid for it.DOH!
