How do you, uhm, "Sync"?

Hey,

quick question: How do you synchronize your music files?

I select all my music files, paste them to my phone, and click "no" if it wants to replace a file. Given that's pretty primitive, I'd like to hear how you do it?

I turn off AS on the phone and copy and paste to my SD card, but you could also use WMP to sync ur music
