Major Chome issue

When I downloaded tweather from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...amp;postcount=1

it made my panels dissapear. even if i went in and enabled them they would not show until i uninstalled tweather.

this got me messing with my panels, i disabled all of them at one time, and now not even one will show up.

if i make one, if i use a premade. nothing will make them show

ive done a soft and hard reset

i was using bliss but i uninstalled at as my scroll bars looked a bit choppy.
