Just wanting to find out if you can dial a number from the spb mobile shell screen "THAT IS NOT IN YOUR PHONE BOOK OR CONTACTS"

I cant seem to find it ?

I've gone and added the Phone to the favourites in the launcher. You'll find it under the 'Programs' list.
