Guest dwallersv Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 (edited) EDIT: NEVER MIND! Figured this out -- gotta have the thumbnail view in "zoom" mode to get it to scroll. Go figure -- that's obvious, eh? NOT! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I recently installed FTouchSL, and just today for the first time started to take a look at Photo Slides. I have a long listing of folders with lots of pictures that shows up in the browse mode. But it doesn't scroll with my finger -- or anything. I have to use the scrollbar to scroll. I expected the same sort inertial kinetic scrolling that is built in to almost all the other Samsung apps, and in fact it does finger scroll for swiping through the pictures when viewing them full-screen, there is a working thumb-capable zoom slider on the right just like in Opera, and panning around with a finger works too. I disabled Photo Slides from the FTouchSL configuration applet, and it still doesn't finger scroll in the thumbnail listing view. It this the way the application is, or is something not right on my Omnia at the moment? Edited May 24, 2009 by dwallersv

Guest dwallersv Posted May 24, 2009 Report Posted May 24, 2009 Use the Vito EyePhoto Software to get the best finger friedly for brownsing photos Thanks for the helpful suggestion; I'm happy with the features and capabilities of Photo Slides, so no need (for me) to use anything else. It was just this one issue of being able to thumb-scroll the thumbnail listing, and I solved it, so I'm satisfied with the app.
