Guest Bruno Adler Posted May 26, 2009 Report Posted May 26, 2009 Is there any option which blocks the touch screen while i'm on a call? Since i updated my rom, i lost it ;/ and it's hella usefull. Regards B. Adler
Guest maf107ezk0 Posted May 26, 2009 Report Posted May 26, 2009 If you mean the locking of the screen - go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin] and set “Enabled” to 1 <_< Then soft-reset!
Guest Tim-H Posted May 26, 2009 Report Posted May 26, 2009 Settings/Personal/Phone - Services Tab - Dialer Touch Lock Maybe what you're looking for.

If im understanding you correctly you want the screen to lock while your on a call with the box that says to touch the square key to unlock. Use a registry editor to modify the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Phone\Skin\Enabled from 0 to 1 and soft reset your phone like maf suggested Edited May 27, 2009 by Skyline987

Guest modacian Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 are you being sarcastic? cause im pretty sure every version of the omnia has those options I am certainly not, why would I be? I am on dxid1/dxid1 stock, and I don't have that option, I only have the following: Phone --> Options --> Services: Call Barring, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Voice Mail and Text Messages. Any i900 owner have that option?
Guest bpivk Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 Any i900 owner have that option? My I900 DXHK1 doesn't have this option.
Guest maf107ezk0 Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 Bruno, I think I told you the same thing... Instead of being such a "pro" you could`ve tryed it!

Guest Tim-H Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 I am certainly not, why would I be? lol it did seem a little sarcastic but i thought id give you a straight answer anyway. I wonder why we get that option and you guys dont. Seems a little odd.

Guest kav Posted May 28, 2009 Report Posted May 28, 2009 why dont u try putting off the screen when the call is connected. go to settings -power-calling- turn off lcd after call has been connected for: 10/20/30 secs. this will avoid ur calls to be cut off by mistakenly touching the screen
