DXHG3 cannot be upgraded

Please help,

All the instructions I have tried, none works for me, DXHG3 cannot be upgraded to any other version, changing it to Singapore and singtel gives me same error "Incorrect version" or "already newest firmware version"

please someone help me to fix this issue, and also I cannot charge my phone from USB laptop the phone often goes dead after that, any solutions please reply

sounds like u were trying to flash an official ROM from Samsung mobile, right? since u've tried any method on this forum, i think u should try Taril's or Secany's ROMs. they r from samsung too, just with few tweaks and goodies......make sure that u flash DXHK3 first.......then u can flash any ROMs u want.......good luck

did u try to install a singapore ROM on ur fone? because if so then its not the correct one. u dont have to change version or anything, just try to download the philipines version DXIA5 then install it.ur fone will require ROM made for Philipines since its original ROM is DX***

i dont think u can get the DXHK3 on the official samsung site anymore. when u try to get the ROM only the latest one is available to download, DXIA5. unless someone provides him witha link to the older DXHK#, he will have to use the DXIA5.

but after installing DXIA5, u can still upgrade to custom roms. just dont use older Roms than DXHK3 as preinstalled rom in the fone if u want to upgrade to custom roms. upgrade to a latest official one then take the jump.

well, sure u can't get official ROM other than IA5 from samsung, that is why i mentioned Taril and Secany's ROM.......as the DXHK3 is the ROM that many ROM cookers recommended b4 u jump to any custom ROMs, just be safe and keep urself happy.
