wm 6.5 roms

Hi there. I'm Relitively new to roms and flashing. I have never flashed my omnia... yet, but first i had some general questions.

I have been looking at a lot of posts and all the roms I see generally have the same features. I your opinion what is the best wm6.5 rom for the omnia at the moment?

Preferably aswell I would like to still have all the same programs that i am used to.

Say if I did not happen to like the rom I flashed is there anyway to revert back to the origional firmware that came with the omnia?
