Internet access problem after WM6.5 lite

All credits to SHOKKA9 WM6.5 Lite and the well-written instructions.

I have managed to perform my very first flash successfully and is enjoying the product of 6.5 Lite..

However, I found that I could not access the internet.

.. meaning, I am able to connect to my Wifi router, but nothing comes out when surfing the internet explorer; tried with Opera still doesnt work.

I even flash back to 6.1 and it worked correctly, with no additional configurations or tweaks.

Even if I attempt to connect to my 3G network, it's still the same, IE just doesnt seem to surf.

Anyone with similar problems or have I missed out anything among the configurations?

Try changing the network operator.

Select another operator, wait for around 20 seconds.

Than change back again and wait for another 20 seconds.

Should be up and running...

Just discovered another solution by SHOKKA9 himself..

under connection settings >> Advance

when u Network Management, make sure both selection points to the same connection type.

And when u edit the connection type, I had to add in a "new modem", Cellular Line (GPRS)

If you ask me, what does it do, i really dunno.. but I'm very glad that i can surf now..
