rom wm 6.5 manila, and dual sim

Hi, i have a dual sim 23th, and shokka9 wm 6.5 manila, but when i change in mode 007 one sim to other works 3 or 4 times, and stop to work, the dual sim don`t change one sim to other and the movile don`t get coverage..

i have htc diamond works perfect..but with omnia works bad, it is a problem of the rom? which rom can i use with wm 6.5 and manila that the dual sim works well?

The problem is with my omnia, i only say that in my htc work well, but the problem is with omnia.
