help needed for colour codes.....

Help needed for customization:

I have read the skin-theme codes and try to change 3 elements I cannot do myself ;) (all the others I did)

I tried to understand the colour codes and their signification to change this:

1- In the SMS message screen(when you have opened the sms), you get the date, and the text "From:" following this you have the link to the person who has sent you the message, in my theme it's blue, and I don't find the code I could change on xml file to change it

2- When you answer a sms, you get the page with "To","Cc" and "BCc", those elements are written with the same colour than message text, BUT : there's a rectangle behind which has a different colour....how could I change this?

3-Last question (to the fanatics who still read me...): in the calendar, the tasks are mentionned with a rectangle whose size depends on time the event lasts...BUT: how can I change the colour of this rectangle?
