Buying advice: PDA-features + podcasts/audiobooks

Hi

I need a new phone, and after looking around for a few hours, I realize I have been off the grid for too long to know, what is going on these days in the smartphone-world.

So I was hoping the clever people here at modaco could help me. <_<

Other than the obvious texting/phonecalls, I have two primary needs, that need to be fullfilled:

PDA-stuff

- Integration with hosted exchange using 3G and Wifi where available

- Note-taking/-processing ~30 minutes a day (so I need good input)

Podcasts + Audiobooks

- Subscribe to podcasts

- Sync via Wifi

- Listen to it ~3 hours a day, and still have battery life left

Other notes:

- I would like to have GPS

- A reasonably good camera would be nice, but is not important

- Support for regular headphones would be nice
