I can't install any .cab programs.

Hi,

I recently bought a Samsung Omnia and I flashed it to the Khuanchai 21210 (if I'm not wrong of the number) ROM. I do not know whether it's the ROM's fault, I just can't install any programs (.CAB) I put it in my storage and then double click it but nothing happens. Can anyone help me? I tried Touch Player and the XT9 keyboard by Shokka, but they didn't work.
