AccuWeather: image at night, distorted

I have this problem, the default AccuWeather widget on my phone have this pixelated image when it's night time. Half of the image is distorted. I tried downloading the other AccuWeather and the image seems fine at night compared to the ones included in the ROM. Does anyone have the same problem? <_<
