Need Help! How to solve system permission problem?

I am using Omnia ROM base DXID1 build 21806 Ultralite from Khuancai. now i do have 1 problem which i don't get any answer from his thread.. so i open a new post and hopefully i got lucky enough to have the answer.

my problem is... when i try to install TCPMP Phenom 3 it will produces an error : "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."

i did try HTCUnlock-CVS and SDA_ApplicationUnlock and try my luck to mod the registry [ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SECURITY \ POLICIES \ POLICIES ] value of 00001001 ,00001005 , 00001017 base on other samsung model thread.

but still fail to install , any one could help? pleased?

have you tried removing the checkstatus.mscr from startup? I posted this possible solution in sector's ROM thread and of course the phenom 3 thread..
