Help! Regional settings can not be changed to China

I'm a Chinese who is working in Sweden. When I just bought my omnia, I can choose China in regional setting. I changed the language by using i900XBHL1.MLI from the CD came with the phone, then China disappeared in the region list. Is there any methods to make it back? Thanks for helping. I don't want the whole system in Chinese. If I can read txt files in Chinese, that's fine.
