Guest u441105 Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 I just recently unlocked my Verizon Wireless Omnia with the leaked i910 ROM. Everything works fine, followed all the directions exactly. I was messing around with the different Samsung Today screens after also unlocking the Samsung Today 2 screen (found under st2.cab here: http://adrynalyne.spaces.live.com/default.aspx). Apparently the Internet button for the Samsung Today screen has a broken link, I get the Shortcut Target error message "Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename." My phone has no apps on it other than GoogleMaps and .Net 3.5, and the aforementioned leaked ROM and ST2 registry edit. Has anyone experienced this or know of a way to fix it? I've done a search here and Google but I think with it being such a narrow target I couldn't find any answers. Thank you in advance.
Guest Adrynalyne Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 Did you remove the Opera shortcut from start/programs?
Guest u441105 Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 Did you remove the Opera shortcut from start/programs? Hm yes I did, I had no clue those two things were tied together. Stupid on my part, thanks for the quick fix after me blowing this thing up.
