2 problems: wifi don´t work, and dual sim don´t work("no service")

hi

1) I don´t know how to configure internet with wifi, i proved all the things, and dosen`t work. Opera Immediately says that it is not possible to load the page and internet explorer the same but appears a tab that says the conexion has been ended, configure it. Only works sometimes and very slowly the manila weather tab.

witch can be the problem?

2) Dual sim, the firts 2 o 3 changes works perfect, but at the 2 o 3 change of sim i have this problem:

"Phone service turned off randomly (meaning Omnia goes to Flight Mode).When this happened, you cannot turn back your Phone service unless by turning OFF your Omnia, It says no service" Any solution?
