Dead omnia i900 need help

Hi all, I am a unexperienced omnia user, I have used several windows mobile phones but have never did flashes or rom cooking. I have a bricked I900 that I bought bricked from a seller. The phone powers on to just a red power light nothing comes up on the screen no omnia logo or anything. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I could do to fix this? I tried connecting the device through usb but it is not visible through windows device center. I am located in the United States so none of the service centers here would be willing to fix it since its an international help. Thank you very much for your time and help.
