i900 flash video bundle help needed!!

Hi

I have followed all the instructions to use the flash bundle with my i900 but still having problems

1) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=362685 -- followed instrction in section 2 - 1 through to 4. installed 1 & 2 to device and 3 & 4 to storage. soft reset. When I try to open TCPMP i get crash.txt error. When I open 'video sites' and then for example youtube..I jus get a blank screen where the video should play (it doesn't re-direct to TCPMP)

2) Then i have removed all this, reset, and then installed TCPMP 0.8RC1 with flashvideo bundle. TCPMP will open ok. When i go to click on 'video sites' and then youtube and play a video, again I get a blank screen.

Please help?? What am i doing wrong??

Ive tried skyfire which is working fine but it doesnt have fullscreen option!!! :-(
