Stumped w/ Bluetooth

Hi gang!

I'm stumped with a bluetooth problem and thought someone here might be able to help.

I have a Verizon i910 and use it to connect via bluetooth to my Dodge Laramie PU -- using the Dodge "uConnect" system. Basically I can then push a button in my truck and give voice commands that go to the phone.

The problem is that, with the Omnia, the screen will dim but will not go out - so whenever I'm connected this way I am constantly drawing batter power from the dimmed screen.

My old phone, Motorola Q9C, worked perfectly when paired with the uConnect - with the screen turning off as it should when on battery power.

Am I missing some kind of command somewhere??
