Guest fieldy4krn Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 I just received my s9's today, really excited, but I can only get audio in one ear. Any ideas?? Sorry I'm a noob. Chris
Guest eufouria Posted June 9, 2009 Report Posted June 9, 2009 Great headphones! I would suggest trying a couple different music players and then maybe another device, if neither of those help then contact Motorola for a replacement. Good Luck!
Guest Ming-Z Posted June 10, 2009 Report Posted June 10, 2009 (edited) Hi, S9 headphones is a very good device with great sounding but... ...unfortunately, it has that damned limitation : you can only use the both ears in order to hear stereo sound while playing music. As soon as the device switch to handless conversation mode, only the left ear is working. So Why ? Because when entering conversation mode the device electronicaly switch the right ear to work reverse, as a microphone. I know it sounds crazy but it's the pure truth, there is no way to resolve this at my knowledge, this being a hardware limitation. Edited June 10, 2009 by Ming-Z
Guest chokia Posted June 10, 2009 Report Posted June 10, 2009 (edited) You are too late to get S9, you should get S9 HD instead 1. Better sound with SRS WOW HD & noise cancellation 2. More comfortable ear bud 3. All audio, music, call, microsoft voice command channel to both earsets http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/Consum...s9hd/index.html Edited June 10, 2009 by chokia
