u already have an english rom, it is an official english rom from singapore. just go to the samsung official rom upgrade website and download the latest rom there, which in u case will be DZIA5, then just follow the inst4ruction on the website and while running the upgrade app.

in th dop down list select singapore as the country and select the operating system of ur desktop pc, (either XP or Vista)
