help with M2D, how do i get it to work?

I flashed my omnia with WoZZeR's WM6.5 (21725) i910 Cooked rom. (v.05), M2D version.

And on the post it says "To get M2D working, you must disable "windows default" and enable "TouchFLO"."

But i have no idea where is this "windows deafult"

And I want this M2D skin i downloaded and its a zip file full of just pictures, no exe.

How do I apply it to my omnia? Thanks

Start/Settings/Today screen. Go to the Items tab and uncheck Windows Default.
