Want to reassign the volume keys

I would love to be able to page up and down with the Omnia. I would also love to get rid of the stupid volume keys. Whoever keeps putting them there has got issues. They don't give you the option to reassign and I don't know anything that does that.

Does anyone know of an app to scroll or page up/down at least?

I use AE Button Plus.

Works well on the Omnia.

Must be installed to base memory.

Once installed don't use any other phone settings to change key mapping or it'll get confused!

I also use freeware soft key manager to get rid of the vodafone "live" key.

Thanks for this. It kicks ass. I now have the volume up button assigned to cycle through open programs! Been looking for that function forever.

that's exactly what i want to do, but i also want to make it so the task manager doesn't keep popping up when i'm scrolling through stuff. i use the phone in landscape mode for the web and pocketwit, and i'm getting really annoyed with the task manager constantly popping up accidentally.

let me ask you, though - with the vol up button as a task switcher, how do you turn up your phone volume?
