The link that is used to get the weather from has apparently expired or the server is busted but it has nothing to do with the ROM or you.

It's been quite a while since Wozzer posted an updated ROM. Try one of the other guys ROM's they have fixed weather. I'm using BGill's (sorry if I screwed that name up) and it's pretty nice. Blazingwolf's looks nice too, just haven't tried it yet.
