need help using SSmaho

i have just recently flach Wozzers ROM and its really sick, but i would really like to customize certain things. i tried using the SSmaho v0.0.4.0program but when i get to the 'Start Assigner Mode' i dont know what to do. i followed the instructions Shokka left but after going to assigner mode it says go back to manilla and click on everything u want to assign but everytime i click on something in the today screen it just has a pop up that says the assigner confiuration is no longer accesible( or something to that effect). im probably just overlooking something but any help would be greatly appreciated.
