Suggestion for SMS Manager Program

I've been using Resco Contacts Manager for the past 2 months or so, but I'm thinking of switching back to my old contacts manager iContact because it is just so much faster.

However, I really enjoy one nifty function of the Resco Contacts Manager, which allows me to view my entire sms history (the chat function) with the contact which I select directly. This saves me pretty much alot of time rather than searching through in the standard Windows SMS Messaging application by sorting the smses by name.

Would anyone provide a nice solution to this? Many thanks in advance!

have you tried PocketCM? it also groups sms by contacts, even their call history appears in the chat

its contact view is same with icontact with pics and when u select a contact u can view his sms history and calls in threaded view

when u edit a contact is still in the same program

the latest version is 0.29, and the automated build is 0.30, and both versions are still quite buggy, at least for omnia. Its by far, the best contact manager s/w out in the market. the only thing that came close enough is vito sms-chat, but that one has got its quirks as well.

resco's cm is pretty awesome, but i do not like having to use the native sms apps when replying.

me too, i dont like the native sms apps when replying and smsing. I'll be sure to try out pocketCM contacts.

Can you tell me what themes you guys are using? The default black and dream are OK but some of the ones for the HTC VGA devices look awesome. I can't get any of these other themes to work on the omnia though.
