backlight on charging

whenever i insert the charger plug (car or home) after few minutes the screen becomes darker.

it turns brighter the moment i unglug. sometimes it remains dark and only sr brings it to normal again.

i unchecked all saving posibilities of power saving.

Go to Power settings

Go to tab : External Power

Select none.
