Can we disable Slide Scroll for a specific program?

Hi there, I'm using Pocketmax.net's AlarmToday 2.81, when I write a note, it scrolls the screen.. anyway to correct this?

Is there anyway to disable "stylus sliding up / down scroll" for a specific app like this?

You COULD tinker with the settings in FTouchSL... maybe install it and set all other programs as ignored programs lol - could take away but it would work. Cab attached if you wana play with it.
