Video out cable problems

My TV out cable will stream audio but no video...

And when i go to the menu and select the Video Out Viewer it says no cable is attached and refuses to open...

Any ideas? Wondering if i got a bogus cable. Bought from Amazon from Accessory Export, LLC.

I am living in Iran . some days ago i bought one cable and have this problem too ;) . I change every thing such as Firmware , Driver , Software , . . .

and after all i found that : This OLD cable hasn't any microchip in the middle of it :D . i change type of cable and its work correct now ! :D

and i suggest you just change type of cable and i promise all of problem is because of cable !! :D
