Why are my Tasks messed up?

Hi,

I just upgraded from the Samsung i700 to the Omnia. I loved the i700, but one too many drops from height onto concrete finally did it in. I upgraded to the Omnia which I like a lot. The only thing I don't like is that my Outlook Tasks view now includes every upcoming Task instead of the few that I actually need to worry about. I've tried all the view and filter settings but nothing will persuade the device to display my relevant, current Tasks. Is there a way to make this screen useful again? I've found the normal boring Tasks screen to be very useful, so my interest level in additional plug-ins, roms, etc. that will make anything other than this one change is relatively low.
