i know its similar to bliss but i mean the way the panels expand and the icons and such.

also the way the calendar says your next apt rather then just "calendar"

I'm thinking, but I could be wrong, that this is about as close as you're going to get. I dont know of any roms that have it installed as default.

Yes, you need to modify Titanium_240X400.cpr to do this.
