Download DXIA5 from the Samsung site and update to it :D Hi i have the sam problem i have installed wm6.5 on my omnia, and when i try to install my old wm 6.1 orginal rom it says i alreday have the latest firmware or it says i have wrong firmware
Guest endursa Posted June 23, 2009 Report Posted June 23, 2009 you need to go into the registry of your device and set the firmware string to something older then the firmware you want to flash ! :D i don't know the reg key since i'm not at home but maybe try and use forum search it should be there somewhere!

Guest Leslie Chern Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 need this advice to... want to come back to DXIA5.... try this: Backed up everything i wanted to save just in case Made sure MS activesync and samsung modem driver were installed on win XP Installed PHM registry editor on the phone Edited HKCU\Control Panel\Version\DXIA5 and changed this to DXHH3 Downloaded the firmware from samsungmobile (this being DZIA5) Double clicked on exe firmware and the rest was done automatically reboots and all
