t-mobile uk - missing sms

Hello all

Does anyone in the UK on t-mobile or another other network experience SMS going missing.

I am told on a number of occassions I have been sent a SMS and never recieved it.

I ran a test yesterday where I sent 3 messages from the GF phone and none of them came through, not even on a reboot.

She can text everyone else and they get her text.

Any help or advice
