Guest Mysterious Stranger Posted June 26, 2009 Report Posted June 26, 2009 First time I'd tried this company. Oh dear. Ordered £40 quids worth of memory cards, next day delivery came 2 days late, they'd substituted my Sandisk items for Integral, didn't send the free card readers specified, other items were from multipacks that had been split, no VAT invoice included, slow to respond to queries, wouldn't initially cover return postage by recorded delivery, hysterical 'Managing director' more interested in telling me how successful he was and what a big company they were ( that uses RBS world pay / paypal rather than a merchant account? hmmmm ok then... ) on the phone than sorting the issue out, registered address is a semi-detached in London N14 4UB, parent companys' website defaults to the ISP holding page from previously live links via google. ('apart of the santrade limited group' - as written in big letters on their returns label) Use at your own risk! M.S
Guest tsutton Posted July 21, 2009 Report Posted July 21, 2009 I have used them a few times - no issue so far. But then that was about a year and half ago, so I guess they might have changed hands/management.
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted July 21, 2009 Report Posted July 21, 2009 Also check Amazon for prices, I stopped using Moby years ago after their prices became higher than other places. They used to be good in the past, but that was the past.

Guest scoobytwo Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 i used them years ago and they were fine then. As said above maybe they've changed hands.
