i900 replacement lcd

Hello

I've just purchased a new lcd for my i900 due to a scratch in the old one. After having followed thourough dis-/assembly instructions the new lcd doesn't seem to work :/

It seems the phone boots up (led at power button flashes as if it boots) but the screen remains black. Any suggestions ?

You didn't replace it properly?

Double checked all cables and connectors, and they seem to be properly connected.

Where did you get it from? Maybe you just got a bad screen as a replacement, too?
