Start - settings - system - about That's where you'll find if you have 6.5 or 6.1 If you've never flashed your phone, you'll have 6.1 You can use a lot of things. check out http://omnia.modaco.com for some inspirations. From the top of my head: Pointui Wisbar manilla 2D SPB mobile shell etc...
