Guest Tomas Slavicek Posted June 28, 2009 Report Posted June 28, 2009 I've purchased a new Samsung i900 Omnia, but after few days of using I've found that touch layer on the display is not "very precise". I've tried to calibrate it, but it didn't helped. Every setting was almost the same. I think the touch layer is somehow displaced, but not lineary. At the top-right corner of screen it is moved about +3mm, but at the center about -2mm. But on the calibrating points it is OK. I've tried to make a claim (warranty), but it was refused, they said the phone is working and It's not too broken to must change the display or device. Does it exist some better software to calibrate display, with more calibrating points? Or what can I do? I've tried to flash the system, but it's a hardware fault. On the photo you can see the problem. Thanks for all suggestions! :D
