Guest Fred Bloggs Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 Hi, I'm on Vodafone, & there version doesn't have Googlemaps. I remember a while ago a member on another Forum gave a link to show how you copied/pasted one file from another so you could have Googlemaps on your Omnia/Vodafone. Does anyone know how to do this ? Cheers, S.

Guest La Traviata Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 On Vodafone Google Maps is hidden. Look for it in My Device > Windows, copy it to My Device > Windows > Start Menu > Programs and it will appear as shortcut in the list of programs.

Thats the one, but I've dropped a clanger & put in the startup...& I cannot delete it, says it has a problem deleting googlemaps. It wants to bootup all the time, & connect to the internet, how can I delete this from the startup menu ? FB
Guest Fred Bloggs Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 Sorted now, had to go into Task Manager & stop GM from running before I could delete it, Just going to download the latest version & save all the hassle, Thanks, FB.
